Take a practice test at 8a and another one at 2p. See how you do. Also pay attention to your general level of alertness - which one felt better?

Sometimes you can get late-morning times, too - I once took it at 11a.

For food: complex carbohydrates, protein, and fat. If you like it, peanut butter on whole wheat or tuna on whole wheat. Eat like an athlete. :)

For drink: NO caffeine. Water or pure, fresh fruit juice (no high-fructose corn syrup, no fake sugar)
Please note: I do not use the Private Messaging system! I will not see any PMs that you send to me!!
