Hi and thank you for your question. The questions for a phone interview should be no different than those for an in-person interview. Be prepared to discuss why you need an MBA, why that school, what your goals are and how they relate to your experience, how you will contribute to the classroom, examples of any significant leadership or teamwork you've shown, examples of how you've shown initiative or driven results, and perhaps some non-work questions like what you do for fun, hobbies, what you read, etc. They may ask you to describe an ethical dilemma or a difficult situation as well.
Because it's a phone interview, you won't have visual cues to go on, so be sure not to talk for too long without giving your interviewer a chance to break in to ask a clarifying question or follow up. Listen for sounds that your interviewer is trying to ask you something. And speak slowly - give the interviewer time to digest what you're saying.
Good luck.
