Need some Help.. 650 second attempt

by agautam7879 » Tue Nov 13, 2012 12:26 pm
This is my first post and I am depressed and dejected. I gave GMAT on the 19 of October 2012 and got a 650. This is my second attempt the first attempt was 660. I prepared for a solid 7 months before I took my second attempt and the best part is that I don't know what went wrong in the verbal I got the same 31 in verbal which I got the last time. In all my practice tests I had got 700+ and in both my gmat prep I got 730 and 760.

My score break up is 4(ARG)/ 8 (IR)/ 48(Q) / 31 (V) - I have not studied for the past 3 weeks as I felt like burning all the books. I am very disappointed and don't know what to do to get 700+. I need the score because I am an Indian and to get into the top schools I need the score

I am not sure if any one has been in this situation before but please please please .... I would be very thankful if some one can help me... My issue is in verbal and I don't know where to start and what to do to get a decent score in verbal...

Well,it's not actually but practicing all the material under the sun-1000SC,1000 CR but it's the way you practice that is important- this is what i have learnt through my GMAT journey
Download this ebook from the link below and go through it's the wrong and the right way to study for the GMAT. You'll probably get the answer to your question about why you didn't do in that section.
