Since most of you are in the process of interviewing for business school, could you please share your more interesting/unexpected interview question? We all know to expect questions about goals and why you are pursuing an MBA but let us know if there was a question that really caught you by surprise.

Interestingly, i just wrote a blog post about this. I went for an interview at Google a few years ago and got asked some seriously odd questions.
1. From everything you've learned about this role, me and our company, tell me how you feel you'd make a contribution.
2. Why should we hire you?
3. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?
4. When I contact your last supervisor and ask which area of your work needs the most improvement, what will I learn?
