Hi Ayyappa,

Your GMAT is too low for top 50 B-schools but still some of the good B-schools in UK and Europe might give you GMAT waiver based on your work experience. You can target B-schools like University of Strathclyde, University of Bath, Manchester Business school in UK where there is chance of getting GMAT waiver. Let me know if you have any questions, you can also send PM your for detailed discussion.

410 is pretty low my friend. The only real course of action here is to retake. But only after you have studied lots!

I'm sure you'll do much better next time.

Hi there,

Strongly recommend you follow the advice above and retake. After even just a month's worth of prep, you'll probably see a significant jump in your score. The MBAs that will take a 410 are likely not worth your time or investment.

Dear Ayyappa,

Your work experience seems pretty impressive, however, most of the B-schools that need a GMAT score for admissions, would need a minimum of 500-550. Also, the number of years of your experience is also on the higher side for US and Canada. You may look at countries like UK and Australia where the average experience requirement is higher, and you will even find good schools which take admissions without a GMAT score. Retaking GMAT is also suggested as it will enable you to look at a larger pool of universities.

Hope this helps.Let us know if you would have any further queries.Wish you the best.
