Case1:When no of elements is odd
3,6,9
Arithematic mean = 6
Median = 6
Case2: When number of elements is even
3,6,9,12
Arithematic mean = 7.5
Median(for even multiples) = Arithematic mean of the two middle terms = 6+9/2 = 7.5
Answers the question with a NO
Sufficient
(2) The sum of all members of S equals 75
Tells us nothing, about the mean and median of set S
Insufficient
