MBA Programs in the NYC area

by jaybrium » Wed Sep 17, 2008 10:26 am
Beat GMAT Community,

I plan on attending B-school in 2-3 years and would like to enroll in a program in NYC or the metro NYC area.

I haven't done an overwhelming amount of research since I'm a ways off from applying, but when I think of NYC schools I think of Columbia, NYU, Fordham, and Rutgers in not too far away New Brunsick. I'm pretty confident this list neglicts quite a few respectiable programs.

Does anyone have a list of all of the mid to top-tier programs in the Metro NYC area?

Thanks,

Jay

You can check out the Business Week rankings for a list of mid-tier programs. Also, it is not too early for you to start identifying your top choices to make sure that you are getting the appropriate experiences to be a competitive applicant when the time comes.

Thanks Scottie. Business Week was helpful, but it turns out US News and World Report's website is even better if you're interested in search parameters aside from the school's national ranking.

I'm sure everyone on this forum has been here, but...:

I found the regional search option useful.
