MBA program after a master's degree?

Its definitely possible, but is it worth it since you are specialized in accounting.
I have MSc in international relations but would like to move into business area more and my a shift in my career, hence applying for MBA.
If you think it will benefit you, its definitely possible, why wouldn't it be?
