Dear gtbit_tcs,
MS Finance admissions is a little different from MBA admissions. Work experience is not as important in the evaluation as many applicants come straight from undergraduate studies. The fact you have work experience should work to your advantage. As for a GMAT score, you need to score competitively for the schools you are looking at, meaning close to or above the GMAT averages for those schools. Generally speaking, I think anything over a 650 should put you in a good position, but your score will need to be higher if your GPA is on the low side.
Good luck,
Lisa
