Topic: Kindly maintain one thread for one city.
PostFri Jun 06, 2008 11:06 am

I just want to announce this, to all members who wish to form a study group in their local area or just want to chill out & have some informal meets with other 'BeatTheGMAT members'/ 'GMAT students'/ 'MBA aspirants' that please follow the "One thread for a city" rule.

Arrow That means: If you're in Toronto or nearby area please post in the already existing thread ( http://www.beatthegmat.com/toronto-study-group-t12363.html ) instead of starting a new topic altogether.
Arrow Although it's bit old thread I'd still insist to post there. As it would not clutter the forum.
Arrow Please search for your regional area first. To make things easier, we've made a reference city threads list. Check it & make sure that the thread for the city you're looking for is there. If it's not there start a new thread Smile

Arrow ... that way we'd keep this forum more organised and form local groups quicker. If we have many thread for single region, not just it's difficult to manage at admin level, it creates a lot of confusion among members as to where to post and expect reply.
Of course as all of you know, this is peoples forum and self-discipline & self-moderation is the key of making this forum more robust ( huge at the same time organised).

Happy to have you on board. Smile
Thank you.
