Hi Blue Skies,
Thanks for posting. I would say overall you have a strong profile, but not necessarily an outstanding one in this competitive admissions environment. And remember that you come from a common applicant profile-- Indians with IT experience and decent GMAT scores. So your biggest challenge is how to stand out from that crowd, and actually emphasize your NON technical skills. You have some good elements you can likely draw from in terms of all of your non-profit experiences, toastmasters, other non-analytical and/or outside the professional arena experiences. I wouldn't say you have no chance at top 10 programs, but to be safer you might want to apply to 1-2 as reach schools, and then 1-3 more outside the top 10 or 15 for better chances. And please don't underestimate the importance of your application essays-- those can be a deal breaker (or potentially maker), so be sure to invest a lot of time and effort on those! Good luck to you!
