Kaplan Premier 2010-2011 Edition CD CATs Vs Kaplan LIVE CATs

Can someone please confirm whether the CATs in:

1. Kaplan GMAT Premier 2010-2011 Edition Book CD (4 in number)

are different from the CATs included in:

2. Kaplan GMAT Premier LIVE Syllabus???

Just finished the CD CATs. Wondering if the online CATs are worth attempting or is the question bank the same?
