Kaplan CAT vs Manhattan CAT vs OG Materials

Hey guys - I have my test coming up on Friday. Primarily, I have been using the Kaplan Premium Online system, which I find very helpful, especially its detailed feedback segment. However, I also decided to purchase the Manhattan CATs to give myself a different perspective. I have also done all the math problems in the OG 12. My feeling is that the Manhattan CAT is significantly more difficult in the quant section versus either the OG or the Kaplan. In terms of difficulty, I would say Manhattan > OG > Kaplan, with Kaplan and OG being much closer to each other than Manhattan. On the verbal side, all three are closer together, with the OG probably being the easiest. Did anyone else have the same experience? I'm sort of freaking out a bit since I have been consistently scoring 750 on the Kaplan CATs but did significantly worse on the Manhattan CAT (however, I took this one at work which makes it difficult to focus). Any feedback or comments?

I agree with you, i find Manhattan questions requiring more time on average than other CATs i have tried. Up to now I have done 2 CATs from Manhattan and on both i had serious problem with time since i left in the end 4 questions unanswered.

I have not tried Kaplan's, I am going to to do them shortly.

I have tried Grockit, CATs from a local instistute here in Athens Greece and OG and were fine for me timewise and difficulty wise.

I hope i improve. Nevertheless, i believe MAnhattan gives me some nice examples and it will help me to identify and why not through the explanations improve my self on the weak areas. As one of the Manhattan instructors suggest, I will not use them as indication of my final and real GMAT score but rather as a good practice and way of identifying my weak areas.

Hope i helped you.
