Im a 22 year old, Dutch Sociology student trying to finish my bachelors this year.
Sociology is Highly Quantative in my town with additional Subjects in Finance (Total 72 ECTS in Finance and Economics which is a bit more than one year of study and would get me admitted into a Finance master in my own university. I however want to study abroad and am trying to look for options. My GPA is on average, but in the quantitative section it is about a 3.25. I am confident I can get a GMAT of 700+.
My other experience is as follows:
Heavyweight rowing (1 year)
Chairman board of the study association (1 year)
Member of a regional bank's youth panel (1 year+)
Best delegate award in a Model European Union about the future of the euro
Advisory board of the study association (currently)
How good are my chances of getting into a Finance Msc (Hec, Essec, ESCP, Esade, Grenoble etc)?
Searching for a good Msc Finance with a bad GPA

Are you familiar with the website wallstreetoasis.com ? You might want to talk to some of the people over there and ask them which programs they recommend.

First consult an MBA Rankings list to winnow the schools. The Financial Times has a list of pre-experience and post-experience programs. Your GPA does not seem too low, so I would recommend you at least look at the programs at LBS, HEC Paris, IE, ESADE, Oxford, etc. in Europe as well as MIT, Berkeley, Illinois, etc. in the U.S. Look at the respective class profiles to see how your GPA and expected GMAT score fit with the averages.
Good luck,
