Dear hamxa,
While your quantitative score on the GMAT is solid, your overall score of a 610 will be seen as low relative to other applicants from your region of the world. Since your GPA is below average, you need your GMAT score to be higher to demonstrate your academic aptitude. There might also be concern on your English ability based on your verbal score, so your essays, interview and TOEFL or IELTS score will be key to showing your proficiency. I think you should take the GMAT again and try to increase your total score by at least 40 points.
Good luck,
Lisa
