Importance of Divisibility Rules

Is it important to memorize the divisibility rules?

e.g. is 769876 divisible by 9?

I've seen them on both the Kaplan and PR books to learn but I never see problems that require knowing them.

If I do need to memorize them what number should I memorize up to? 1-10? 1-15?
