(1) 189x is the square of an integer.
(2) x is a multiple of 21.

x = INT
To find: 84x = (INT)^2
84 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 3
Statement 1:
189x = (INT)^2
189 = 3 * 3 * 7 * 3
that means "X" must be having atleast = 7 * 3
Also the rest elements must be in square
SUFFICIENT
Statement 2:
x = 21 * _
We dont know whether the "_" part is square
INSUFFICIENT
