I got an email saying
As you requested, an Official Score Report - School Copy has been made available to the program(s) listed below. All of your GMAT® exam scores from the past five years were reported to each program. The dates below indicate when the scores were mailed or made available electronically; the dates do not indicate when the program received or chose to access your scores.
So, the school has already got the report, right?
How do I know when school got GMAT report?

Yes. The schools have access to them. The disclaimer just means that they can't gurantee that the schools chose to look at them or when the schools accessed them, etc. I might hang on to that email just in case you have a school that tries to say your application wasn't complete because they didn't have your scores (I've never heard of this happening, but, it can't hurt to keep the email!).
