I went with A too and that was not right. The OA is E (for some odd reason).

I went with D. However, I cannot say why E is right.

The guideline says that if A wants to date B and B wants to date A, they need each others consent before that.

i.e A needs to know that B will date A before A can ask B out
B needs ti know that A will date B before B can ask A out

Both conditions are not possible at the same time.

IMO E...

Guidelines make it impossible to date !

Looking at it now, A makes sense
