It is my understanding that it is similar to "the main point" question where we need to find answer from the argument. Any information not in the argument, just like inference, should not be considered. Also, pay heed to author's point of view. Verbal experts !! Please comment.

confused among C,D,E but C is ignored by me by the sentence " starting to treating those who get the worst jury"
D is a bit crazy.. any crazy patient who get a bit hurt and have to go to hospital complain as if they're gonna die immediately if we dont care em right now...
