Membership in the Theta Delta Psi fraternity is easily obtained by those who have previously had strong social connections with existing fraternity members before college. However, one must have attended high school with one or more of the members in order to forge such strong social connections. People who lack these social connections because they have not attended high school with one or more current fraternity members will therefore find it difficult to join the fraternity.
This argument displays flawed reasoning because it neglects to consider the possibility that
(A) many of those who went to high school with Theta Delta Psi fraternity members did not themselves become members of the fraternity
(B) it is more important in the long run to socialize with non-fraternity members than to develop strong connections with fraternity members
(C) it is more difficult to forge social connections with fraternity members than with non-fraternity members
(D) one may easily obtain membership in the fraternity through means other than having strong social connections with existing fraternity members
(E) some current members of the fraternity did not go to high school with other members

OA D

(E) some current members of the fraternity did not go to high school with other members

IMO E. In E, I understand that how at least 2 friends attended to high school were members of fraternity before college. The stupid possibility is that member of fraternity in one college study simultaneously in another high school => This possibility is zero.

Besides,I do not understand what fraternity mean? :P

Please correct me if I'm wrong

I am in between D and E

I would neglect E on the basis of saying" Even if there are some member which did not attend high school, it is not sure that they did not struggle.

What is OA?

D perfectly fits the scenario which the author neglects. Membership may be obtained by means other than just having social connections with the fraternity members.

I fell for the trap too. Because the choice doesn't seem obvious to be an answer. But I think it is D because it says there are alternate paths which are much easier for obtaining some fraternity than the one provided in argument.

But I am still concerned because, these(alternate paths) cannot be inferred from the argument, As in the first line of the argument they mentioned "Membership in the Theta Delta Psi fraternity is easily obtained by those...". One may assume that this should be the easiest way.
