Your profile has many strong points including you GMAT score (why are you worried about it?) Your challenge will be to present your information in a way that shows career progression, increased responsibility in your roles, leadership, and problem solving. It appears that you have the experience to put together a competitive application so your focus now should be to work on essays, school research, LORs, and interview prep. When you ask your plant head and division head to write LORs, make sure that they cite specific examples of your success at work. Also, make sure that they understand your future career goals so that they can clearly articulate how an MBA will enhance your career. Finally, your extracurriculars are not extensive but that is okay. The point of ECs is to demonstrate that you are well rounded and have interests outside of your professional commitments.

Overall, you have a solid profile and should now focus on creating a strong application package for each of your selected schools.
