EMBA Program doable for Single Mom?

by slmiller7 » Tue Mar 22, 2011 11:29 am
I am interested in pursuing an EMBA at either Kellogg, Wharton, or NYU Stern and am a single parent. While I understand the programs are rigorous, does anyone know how practical this is and if there are many EMBA graduates from these programs that have accomplished this being a Single parent?

I am also a mother and interesed in your response. I did get M.S. with a 1 yr old, a 12 yr old and had a child two months into my program. It was difficult but I did it. But I relied heavily on my spouse to care for the children. It almost made me distant from them because I did not do most of the nurturing at such a young age.
