Topic: Difference in difficulty level of Verbal/Quant
PostSat Jun 28, 2008 12:29 pm

It might sound irrational, but is it true that if one takes GMAT in USA as compared with the one who takes it in another country can result in a different difficulty level of Verbal questions.

The logic is the general level of familiarity with the subject. While a Verbal question might be difficult for a non native english speaker, but easier for a native english speaker.

Sorry, if that sounds stupid.....

no good question

I just gave the gmat in US but as a foreigner. I have heard that the first questions are a big easier but then even out. Maybe be true or not do not know.
