Thank you all of you guys! It's really nice to see such "supporters".

@Claret: to my utter shame, I did use a soft copy of the PowerScore CR Bible. The only reason I did so was because it would have taken about a month before it would have been shipped to me (I'm from Romania) and I only had about a week left. Trust me, when I come to the US again I'm buying it just because I believe it's definitely worth the money. Unfortunately, soft copies are extremely easy to find, but I'm not going to share the link, because I personally don't think it's a nice thing to do!

@yalanand: of course I remember you! Thank you for your kind words and I hope all is well over there, taking pictures and such...

There's a lot to be discussed about the quant part of the GMAT. What would you like me to focus on? I did start this thread about quant suggestions, but I haven't had the time to write a new post in quite some time (been busy with finals). I'll try to update it as soon as possible.

If you could be more specific about the type of issues you'd like to see, then maybe I can help.

For CR and RC, your best bet is to go for the CR Bible by PowerScore. I attribute much of my 11-point increase in verbal score to this book, which is surprisingly useful for both sections of the verbal. I know how difficult it can be to concentrate, especially if you're a non native speaker. However, if you approach all texts with a genuine interest, I'm pretty sure you'll see some solid improvements.

Wow, I can't believe I am reading this now. Thank God its exposed to the market ! Really enjoyed the debrief!

Great job, I think you can definitely teach... from your posts you seem to convey knowledge quite clearly and concisely. From a technical standpoint, you definitely have the math/verbal/testing skills! I can't see anything stopping you - plus, your VERY young! I think you have both the hard skills and the soft skills (some empathetic degree of understanding of your student)... btw if you do teach I am willing to be your guinea pig :D It'll be great feedback I assure :P I got a 650 (Q 46, V 35) today in my GMAT Prep 5th try of the 1st exam (saw some repeats) so will deflate it to a 600. Looking to crack a 700 by January 28th (test day). If you have any ideasssssss I am all open :)

All the best,
Jas
