usually plan to
But I'm pretty sure that I've seen Plan on in one of the SC questions, and it turns out to be the correct choice.

The powers of two are bloody impolite!!
the manhattan SC guide advocates the use of 'plan to' stating 'plan on' is wrong..
but i have come across questions in the mgmat tests that have 'plan on' as the correct choice when other choices do contain 'plan to'..
can anybody help resolve this discrepancy?
