just need some clarifications
can numbers in a set appear more than once?
ie: what is the difference between sets S{2, 3, 5, 5, 7} and R{2,3,5,7}? is S even considered a set?
I guess i'm confused between a data set and a number set...
can numbers in a set repeat?

I am quoting the definition of a set from :
https://math.wikia.com/wiki/Set
A set is a collection of distinct, unordered objects.
So, S from your example, is NOT a set.
R is a set because it is a collection of distinct, unordered objects.
