5(3x + 4 ) - 7x + 4

==>
8x + 24

The answer is (2x + 6)

(4*AM of 4 numbers) + 7x -4 = 5*(3x + 4)

So, Arithmetic mean of 4 numbers = (8x + 24)/4 = 2x + 6
