Her in-depth work in multiple industries, including Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Private Equity, Consumer Products and Non-Profit, allows her to leverage her clients' diverse backgrounds towards a successful application.

Prior to attending Harvard Business School, Ms. Kumar, already a #1 ranked Sales Executive at Intel Corporation, was a member of Intel Corporation's exclusive executive leadership development program, charged with developing future company leaders. Her BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign allows her to appreciate and leverage the superior quantitative training of many leading Indian professionals.

Ms. Westlake received her MBA from The Wharton School in 2001. She has spent the past 13 years, building an expertise in marketing brands and people.

While at Wharton, Ms. Westlake worked as career counselor in the Career Center providing resume building and editing services to current MBA students. Ms. Westlake was a Communications teaching assistant specializing in helping non-native English speakers with their oral and written presentation skills. As Marketing Director of the Wharton Hispanic American MBA Association, she provided admissions advice and essay reviews to Hispanic applicants.

After receiving her MBA, Ms. Westlake joined Monitor Group - a management consultancy -where she led projects focused on marketing and branding strategy for Fortune 100 companies. While leading a client project in South Africa, Ms. Westlake taught a university course on Business and Marketing Strategy at CIDA City Campus in Johannesburg, South Africa's first non-profit higher education institution.
