Wow, what an interesting background! Top business schools will be attracted to your combination of leadership, internationalism and brand-name work experience. With your target GMAT, you'd be quite strong for the UK/European schools you've identified.

Now, for H/S/W, we have a different array of criteria. Harvard would love an awesome GMAT and international exposure, but they aren't always warm to state schools and the average GPA of incoming students, according to Poets and Quants, is a mind-blowing 3.7. In my experience, HBS is also attracted to applicants with a strong, long-term community service leadership profile, but if you have a longer history of community involvement to draw on, you could make strategic choices here.

Wharton might be a more realistic option, assuming your GMAT comes in over 720. Research into Wharton, spending time on campus and knowing a lot of people there, is super-important for them.

Stanford is an entirely separate topic: attractive as the name is, it's a very small incoming class, and your goals would need to reflect a deep need for precisely what Stanford offers, the unique aspects of both the GSB and the larger Stanford educational community. Again, deep research is required.

So that's my take on your profile. There are, of course, top MBA programs in the US that would be attracted to you, beyond H/S/W. Look at Tuck, Duke, Columbia...these schools are every bit as good as the UK schools, and often a lot more open-minded than Harvard and Wharton.

Good luck!
