Dear Verbal Experts:

I need your valuable advice to create interest in those stupid, boring and lengthy passages about science, politics, Archeology, Oil and Gas Exploration and Volcanos. While working on Reading Comprehension,I feel so boring that I can't just commprehend. I tried with Coffee, after full rest but I couldn't create interest in these RC Passages. Anyone has same issue? Please advice.

I tried to create a TOC (table of content) while reading passages but somehow it didn't work well. I created this TOC because I thought It will help to remember that what was said in which paragraph of passage.

Hi vivecan2005

The difficulty you are facing in RC are obviously expected and it is being faced by everyone else also.

Please dont try to understand the RC passage fully, when you try to understand the passage you keep reading the passage again and again andthis process makes you feel sleepy and you yawn. try practicing to take notes, take only important keywords. the notes will reduce the frequency of referring the passage as much as possible.
Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Kalyan.
