From(1):
-M = |-M|
-M should be non- negative. So, M is non-positive
i.e. M <= 0
Not sufficient
From(2):
M =-3 or M= +3
Not sufficient
From(1) and (2):
M <= 0 and M = -3 or +3
So, M = -3
M<0
Sufficient
