verb-tense

Five of the committee members will be unable to attend the meeting due to the severity of the snow storm, so I suggest that it be postponed until a later time.
a) so I suggest that it be postponed until a later time
b) therefore I suggest that the meeting should be cancelled until another time
c) and my suggestion is to be postponing the meeting until a better time
d) for which at another time we can be having it
e) thereby it ought to be postponed until a more safe time

(b)suggest that ..should be..not ok
(c)and -incorrect first is the reason why postpone...
(d)"we"-no we here just committee
(e)safe time...

i'll go for (a)

pls do tell if i'm wrong here..

(b) It alters the meaning,
(c) usage of 'and' suggests as if two are different events, also 'to be postponing' is incorrect usage
(d) conveys improper meaning
(e) 'it ought to be' suggests that the postponement is done by default and it alters the meaning.

I will go for A.
