Got 600, any chance for top 10???

I just got 600. I was terribly surprised on the test date that how stupid the math questions were. And this affected me adversely in Verbal section. Because I knew that I had very very bad score in math.
I bought 3 tests from GMAC and used their 2 free tests. Math was my strongest side but it really turned out to be different. In those simulators my math percentile was consistently 85%. And because of poor verbal, I was getting 660 - 670.
The real problem in math section was it actually tested my speed. The questions were generally the same but required 2-3 more steps compared to simulators. So I was stuck, I knew I could solve every problem but I needed more time. I was really angry after the test, because it seems like GMAT is not very consistent with its major goal. Do I really need the skills to multiply, divide, add and subtract those complex 0.00XX numbers in seconds and know how to find values in coordinate geometry to become a business person?

And I am really worried as lots of people are having above 700. I really want to go for top 5. And I am really confident that I will be in the top 5% of the class. I have very extensive experience in financial sector.

PLEASE FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE DO YOU THINK I STILL HAVE CHANCE TO BE ADMITTED IN HARVARD OR THOSE TOPS WITH 600?

The GMAT is not the sole criterion for admission to any school. For business school I think work experience plays a huge role. The more relevant work experience you have the higher your chances of admission. If you are straight out of undergrad however, your undergraduate GPA will be weighted pretty heavy and your GMAT score will be looked at. In either case though, getting into Harvard with a 600 may be difficult. It's not impossible though.
