Hi,
will face the GMAT in two week's time. So far I have prepared for the last six weeks.
My target score is 600.
My preparation books: Kaplan Advanced, OG12, MGMAT Number Properties
My self-assessment: Pacing is not an issue at all (on the contrary, I really need to slow down in Verbal, otherwise I would finish it with 10 more minutes to go). Accuracy is in need of improvement.
Here is my mock CAT history:
GMAT Prep 1 (mid-August): 540
GMAT Prep 2 (end of August): 580
MGMAT CAT 1 (two weeks ago): 580
MGMAT CAT 2 (last friday): 540
GMAT Prep 1 (today): 600 (Quant 38, Verbal 35)
On average my Quant Score is approx. 33,34 and my Verbal Score is approx. 35,36.
Interstingly I have more trouble answering GMAT math questions (e.g. OG12 DS) than answering the "tough" math questions in Kaplan Advanced.
Any advice how I can strengthen my recent 600 score?
Thanks in advance. Bye!

I am not able to comprehend why would you target a score of 600?
Anyways, not much is known about your background so I would not comment further on that.
Looking at your test scores I feel that there lies a lot of scope to increase your Quant score. If you are able to increase your Quant score, I believe your overall score will drastically improve.
I would advice you to solve MGMAT maths and try to retake GMAT-Prep, I am sure you will find new Questions. You need to adapt yourself with the gmat questions(the best indicator of GMAT questions are Gmat-Prep Questions)
Hope this Helps

Thanks. 600 is all I need for my target university.
I just completed GMAT Prep 2 and scored 690 (42/42). The question now is how to conserve that performance? I still have three MGMAT CATs left, but I tend to do them without time restriction - just for practicing purposes. Would you guys recommend that, too?

I would discourage you against taking practice tests without time constraints. I personally think it's important to practice with timing, since pacing is critical for doing well on the GMAT--you want to be able to maintain that as well!
Good luck!
