Answer is D.....

E looks wordy as compared to D....

C uses with which is wrong

D & E are pretty close.
However, the ending of the sentence for E is too wordy so I would go for D.

'D' would be the best ans here.

'E' is wrong not because it is wordy , rather the usage of "It" should be replaced with "they".
