Why B is not better than OA.

but the answer is not correct and the only reason can be use of subjunctives...on condition that......

IMO A.

answer given by sumant1808 is right. IT is option A because of subjunctive mood

Which Subjunctive mood is used here.

c'mon guys we need reply on this one....there is no subjunctive mood in A but in B, why b is not better than A..,..
