620 (45Q 31V) - suggestions

Hi! Didnt beat the GMAT (actually far from it!) but would appreciate if someone could help me with what I can do with a 620 (45Q 31V) and 6.0 AWA.

Am contemplating a re-take, suggestions would be appreciated.
