A is the right option why? because
D and E is out becasue internet startup is singular and thus use of "their" is wrong
C is out because "well-recieved" shows that something happened in the past thus the use of present tense is wrong. Now something that happened in the past need past perfect tense. the use of "recent" is very important here. Recent (adjective) modifying noun beta launch. "Recently (adverb) well-recieved" changes the meaning of the sentence and that is wrong.
