Hi,
Long story short, I am in desperate need of help in conquering Sentence Correction. I went through the 60-Day Study Guide and used the MGMAT Sentence Correction guide throughout my studies, as everyone claims that to be the go-to manual for sentence correction. I'm not sure if I approached sentence correction the wrong way, or if the structure of last year's 60-Day Study guide (which is what I used for sentence correction) worsened my chance of success, (it had me working through the MGMAT book for 4 days, THEN the 3 days afterwards of problems), but I felt the Sentence Correction part of verbal was the one area where I never felt like I was conceptually understanding everything while studying.
Unfortunately, I just took my third practice, and my verbal stayed identical to the last time I took the test. Furthermore, 8 of the 12 errors I had were all from sentence correction. While in one respect it's nice to know that I have a specific problem area I need to tackle, it's somewhat disappointing that my score didn't improve from the 2nd practice test I took to the third.
I'm not sure if anyone else felt this way, but throughout reading the MGMAT sentence correction guide, I felt as though I was being thrown a flood of information, and found remembering details a bit challenging.
Any guidance is appreciated. If any of the above is confusing or needs further clarity, please let me know. I may have been rambling because I'm still a bit upset at the lack of any improvement at all.

The volume of SC content can be somewhat daunting at first. It could be that you just need a bit more time with the material.tushnir540 wrote:Hi,
