Hi @Shiladitya1993,

Thanks for your detailed query.

Of course, a number of things work for you: fine academic pedigree, good GMAT score; international experience, professional achievements. All of these elements will work as big positives for you.

However, while you tick a number of boxes, a lot will also depend on how these elements are qualitatively reproduced. Hence, to be able to make an impact, you will need to put forth a set of essays, in which you can demonstrate the following:

a) Your profile highlights and how they make your candidature a fit for the said program
b) Strong need for an MBA (specially because you already have a Master's degree) and the switch to a sales profile. Remember, the post MBA career goals must be in sync with your experience.

With you current profile and a set of stellar essays, you stand a strong chance at ISB, NUS, Tepper, Sauder, Rotman, HEC Montreal, IESE. However, NYU Stern and Duke Fuqua will still be Stretch schools :-) Nonetheless, it will definitely be worth applying to these programs, as well. Of course, if you are able to boost your score to about a 760, the chances will increase manifold :-)

Hope this helped!

All the best!

I would say the most difficult admits on this list will be Duke Fuqua and NYU Stern-- and for each there is a different strategy to help you succeed. We have consultants with strong connections and knowledge to both Fuqua and Stern as well as all the programs you have mentioned here. For Fuqua I suggest early enagement and applying in the earliest round if you are committed to Fuqua as your top choice. As far as how to approach the essays for Fuqua- you simply can't provide a compelling answer without doing some research about where you will engage and there are also some unique things to keep in mind when approach the 25 Random things-- here is an article we did previously on how to best approach that may help: https://stratusadmissionscounseling.com ... dos-donts/
