690 is a good score. I think if you focus on your essays, get good professional references. You should be in good spot.

Are you targeting Top 10 schools?

Yes I am targetting top 10 schools.

my goal was a 720 score. I think I can manage that with a little more work. I did run into some trouble with the quant section (no more time left for last 4 questions!). quant is supposed to be my strength ;P

As for professional references, I am hoping to get one from my current supervisor and a high level manager at the company I work. I beleive they would do me the service.

I could have a reference from my last employer at an internship, but I don't think it would weigh as much.
