We can solve this question using equivalent ratios

Here, we're comparing ounces of vinegar to cups of sushi rice
So our ratio is: (ounces of vinegar)/(ounces of vinegar)

Let x = the number of ounces of vinegar needed
We can write: (2/3)/2 = (x)/7
Cross multiply to get: (2/3)(7) = (2)(x)
Simplify: 14/3 = 2x
Divide both sides by 2 to get: 7/3 = x

Answer: C
