It's mainly because sooner or later we have to work and have responsibilities. Many of the responsibilities in life are generally connected to money (or involving it). We need to have some kind of understanding to plan for our retirement years too, given that we can live far beyond our retirement age.

Having knowledge in financial planning is very much important for owners and business managers as it is one of the aspects of a business. It helps the organization determine what to spend, where to spend, and when to spend. It gives an idea of how much capital will be needed to invest in the business and when it will reach profitability. To know more about this matter, you are suggested to consult the best web development company in Kolkata and their team.

Maintain your Finance major. When I was in college, I was in a similar situation and concluded that Financial Planning wasn't for me (the cold-calling component specifically just ended up being a show-stopper for me). Instead, I work in the finance sector, where I've had the good fortune of seeing my salary nearly triple in the eight years since I began. Recruiters contact me weekly via LinkedIn, pointing me to numerous opportunities across the country. If/when I decide to get my MBA, those chances will be multiplied.

College may be challenging, but bear in mind that it is just a small part of your life overall. An extra semester, year, or two years isn't something you'll look back on with regret in ten years.

You should be commended for taking the initiative and seeking advice from others. A finance degree is a fantastic degree to get in general, and it's even better if you can complete the CFP programme at your school in any other way. Financial planning is a specialized area, so avoid pigeonholing yourself.

An education in financial planning is important because you'll learn how to plan for the long term and stay on top of your finances, even when the economy slumps or returns to normal. This will prepare you for life, or job loss if you ever need to start over.
