7-4 = 3
Answer: B

The OA is B
The pair of positive integers could be {1, 28}, {2, 14} and {4, 7}, with differences of 27, 12, and 3, respectively. Since 3 is the only difference given in the answer choices, choice B is the correct answer.

Answer: B
