Like Melon's car, Anil's Car is also a Bugatti.[I wish :-)]
Like Melon's car, The car of Anil is also a Bugatti.
Like the car of Melon, The car of Anil is also a Bugatti.

I am not an expert but to my knowledge, sentence 3 is grammatically correct but sentence 3 is better and sentence 1 BEST!

Whenever we compare, we do so with similar things not with non similar.
Also, Like X, Y ....
In this X and Y should be parallel also.
In A, B and D , the voice of one person is compared to the person not to the voice of other person. Hence incorrect.
But in E, the comparison is happening with the similar things but they are not parallel.
Turner's voice is not parallel with "the voice of Demi Moore".
To make them parallel we have two options:

The voice of Turner, the voice of Demi Moore
Or
Turner's , Demi Moore's Voice --- as they are both in the possessive case.
Hence C is correct

Hope this helps.
