Dear Mlapido11,
Based on the very limited information in your post, you appear to have the foundation for a competitive application to the USC part-time program. Since you want to continue on your current career path, a part-time program makes sense. Your GPA might be a bit below average, but your GMAT is within a competitive range. Be sure to show through other application pieces (like essays, recommendations, resume) you have the skills, maturity, and ability to handle the rigors of business school while working full-time. Finally, if you have not already done so, I highly encourage you to visit USC, go to class, and talk with current students. It will be helpful for you as you write your essay on why USC is a good fit for you.
Best of luck,
Lisa
