In 3rd Para...You are talking about Employees, and suddenly you mention "your" in bracket. Correct usag, however, is "their".

"Some might argue that many people made good friends at the work place and build ....check your grammer.

"privet lives"...spellings please!!!!

Overall, I am extremely unhappy. Reasons are not strong enough besides lot of grammer and spelling errors.
