I'm either hitting batting 40% or 90% on these but I feel like a lot has to do with the mind set I'm in when I get them. If I am tired I can struggle but if I am fresh it's a different story.
Any suggestions?

It is normal that you can make mistakes when you are tired. I believe that this problem should disappear if you are going to do a lot of practice. Then you are going to use a certain work order automatically and being tired will not influence your performance to such an extent. Also try to observe whether there are any particular question types that you find mare challenging - in short, make sure that the problem is caused only by tiredness.

Your fluctuating success rates suggest to me that you might feel more comfortable with certain topics (e.g., science) and less comfortable with others. If this is the case, it's useful to know how to tackle the various passage types.
