In an interview that appeared in a weekly plumbing magazine, the chairperson of the Plumbing Association stated that plumbers are called 45% more on Fridays than on any other day of the week. The chairperson claimed that, though unexplained, it seems pipes are 45% more likely to burst on Fridays.

Which of the following, if true, would most seriously weaken the chairperson's claim that pipes are 45% more likely to burst on Fridays?

A) Not only plumbers but also electricians are requested to fix appliances on Fridays more than on any other day of the week.

B) People are more concerned about their houses being intact before the weekend than on any other time during the week.

C) A comprehensive survey of 504 households throughout the United States clearly shows that plumbers are called 45% less frequently on Sundays than on any other day of the week.

D) Plumbers charge twenty percent more for house calls made on Friday.

E) There is an undeniable correlation between the strength of the metal used for pipes and the anti-oxidizing coating it is painted with prior to installation.

Option A - INCORRECT.
This option is wrong and doesn't fit into standing against the chairperson's claims, reasons being that electricians doesn't have anything to do with pipes. Even though they do for those making use of pipe in condescend type of writing for houses under construction, the pipe being used are totally different from that of plumbers. Asides that, electricians working in construction companies that do the condescend wiring work everyday and even most take weekends as day off. Hence, it can't match against the chairperson's claims.

Option B - CORRECT.
This is factually correct. Most people have more of their spare time on weekends series of activities. They majorly deem it fit to do every of their house related activities over the weekend when they will have luxury in time to be around and make sure the house is adequately put in order before their weekdays work kicks off. This makes the option accurate.

Option C - INCORRECT.
Obviously, this option is wrong. Firstly, the said survey is never included on the interview and its accuracy can't be vouched for. More so, the plumber's chairperson didn't specify a particular nation in the interview. However, Fridays are more or less attainable as market and work activities are still on going. Sundays have less of activities and many use the day to rest, go visiting and mostly to prepare for new week ahead.

Option D - INCORRECT.
This aspersion is overly false and can never hold ground with the chairperson's claims in the interview. Thus, speaking of the chairperson, he made no such statement during the interview or anything money related.

Option E - INCORRECT.
This is untrue completely. It is pointless stating the type of metals or the painting done on the pipe prior to its installation. Whereas it was not stated in the interview and that is way out of context when talking about the Friday heavy usage as claimed during the interview.
